Lamberts Fosfatidil Serinë 100mg

Lamberts® Phosphatidyl Serine uses the highest quality, pure phosphatidyl serine (PS) derived from soya and zinc is also included in the formula as it has been shown to contribute to normal cognitive function.

High concentrations of PS are found in brain and nerve cell membranes and the maintenance of these delicate structures is essential for normal neurotransmission.

Unfortunately, modern diets, particularly those of the low-fat or vegan type, have relatively low levels of PS.

Consumption is thought to have fallen from an average of 250mg to 100-180mg per day.

This product is made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards and the small tablets are coated to make them tasteless and easy to swallow.

Take 3 tablets daily for the first 4 weeks then take 1 tablet daily for maintenance purposes.

These tablets are best taken with a meal.
