Shipping Information

Delivery of products will be made according to the deadlines published on this website, within 3 (three) working days from the day following the order confirmation, for orders in the territory of Albania and within 7 (seven) days for orders destined for Kosovo.

Delivery is possible in Albania and Kosovo.

The client undertakes to receive the products in his name or in the name of the person for whom the order was placed, at the address specified by him during the ordering process.

In case of damage to the packaging or wrapping during transport, the Client undertakes to refuse receipt of the damaged products, specifying the reason for refusal in the delivery act.

By signing the delivery act without any reservation, and by accepting the products, the Client accepts that the products have been delivered to him in good condition.

In case of observations regarding the delivery of damaged products or not in accordance with the quality or quantity ordered, the Client must notify Farmaci Irma Prifti.

We will resend the correct order within 5 (five) days of receiving the above notification.

In case the product you ordered is no longer available and payment has been made by card, we will refund the purchase value within 14 (fourteen) days.
